Fastness Disperse Dyes

The SW series dyes have excellent wet fastness to meet the continuous improvement of user requirements for wet fastness and the complexity requirements of new fabrics such as microfibre polyester and polyester blends including polyester /elastane.

As well as very high wet-fastness most of these dyes also give high contact fastness and high light fastness. SW series dyes also give very good reservation of cellulose in polyester/cellulose blends such as polyester/cotton.

Disperse Dyes

E：Levelling is good, but sublimation fastness is low, sublimation fastness is less than or equal to 3,setting with high temperature is unsuitable, it is suitable for dyeing pale-medium shade and carrier dyeing.Does not recommend the use for dyeing the dark color and Thermosol dyeing.

SE：Levelling is Medium, sublimation fastness is better, sublimation fastness is 3-4 or equal to 4,widely applicable, it can be mixed with E or S dyes.Temperature should not be too high in thermosol dyeing.

S：level dyeing property should be noted for pale shade. Sublimation fastness is very good, 4-5 grade,setting with high temperature is suitable , It could also be used in dyeing yarn after resin finishing ,usually with high temperature and high pressure dyeing method, it can be used to dyeing the dark color and Thermosol dyeing. Does not recommend to use carrier dyeing.
